Amazing little seafood cafe. Food was off the scale (excuse the pun), and the service superb! We sat outside and had the seafood platter and the langoustines. Just amazing
Delicious black pudding and scallop rolls! We got them to takeaway and sat down by the harbour. The lady working in the shop and serving us was really nice and friendly too. Also a well stocked wee hardware and fishing supplies shop.
Nice seafood place. We ate hot smoked salmon on toast (6), and battered squid with chips (8). Plus 2 cups of tea. One order of tea comes in a small teapot and servers 2.5 cups of liquor tea. You can ask for milk. There's scallops which I tried for the first time in my life. They feel very creamy and mashed potato like. If you haven't had scallops yet, this is one thing you could try new here. I liked it as a first timer. They sell other products as well. Like locally produced fragrant cooking oil, vanilla tablet which is a milk candy, etc. The service is good. Most importantly, there's good WiFi.
So yes great place. I had fish. Very, very fresh. Great batter and that was not expensive at 12. Go there. Why not!
A lovely cafe tucked away in the store. Incredible seafood menu. We had 2 tasty seafood rolls, a lobster sandwich and a scallop with black pudding roll. Highly recommend. Great atmosphere.

A Superb little Cafe, serving up the most Delicious seafood ,Tge Freshest of Flavours, Cooked for you.... Fresh Crab,,Langoustine and Lobster , Great price, when you consider what you would pay in a restaurant for this Shellfish.... idllyic views out onto the Bay....I Highly Recommend this....Cafe..A Bit of a Drive Depending on where you are Staying on the Uists, Thank you so much for Delicious Hit smoked Salmon Sandwiches ....
Beautiful Scallop & black pudding roll, excellent coffee & the shop round the corner is a must to stock up on all your fresh fish & shellfish.
